THE ORIGINAL PIZZA LOG NEW CHIEF OF KIDS CREW AT CANANDAIGUA

CANANDAIGUA, NY.....A long-time financial supporter of open-wheel ace Chad Brachmann, The Original Pizza Log brings a myriad of sponsorship to the table during the 2003 race season. Canandaigua Speedway will be the benefactor on both sides of the fence.

Brachmann, the overall 2001 Hoosier Tire-Sunoco Race Fuels Mr. DIRT Sportsman Champion, will begin his first season running a big-block DIRT Modified weekly at Canandaigua while the new year marks the introduction of Original Pizza Logs at the historic Ontario County Fairgrounds speedplant.

Along with helping Brachmann field rides in both Modified and 358-Modified divisions, Original Pizza Log proprietor Robert F. Cordova also sponsors the efforts of Sportsman campaigner Scott George and Pro Stock competitor Pete Stefanski while headlining the Sportsman Series at Ransomville Speedway.

Backing the promotions of a program for youngsters at Canandaigua Speedway may amount to his most rewarding endeavor to date.

Marilou Stange () once again returns as Kids Crew Director after a very successful first season promoting the sport for future competitors at the 'Land of Legends.' For a $5.00 club fee, Kids Crew members will receive numerous perks that will allow participation in many great activities planned throughout the season.

Along with receiving food coupons, an official membership card and Crew t-shirt immediately upon sign up, the list of summer bonuses includes a tour of the pits on the Fun Bus, drawings for pace truck rides, poster & coloring contest, drawings for t-shirts autographed by Super DIRT Series drivers, new Driver of the Week game involvement and an end of the season party.

Registration is open from 6:00-6:45pm at the official Kids Crew area, located next to the fried dough stand in the food court, and will begin on the season-opener, April 19th and conclude May 10th.

With the company started behind a city convenience store in June of 1986 by Bob Cordova, Original Pizza Logs are currently manufactured by Finger Food Products,Inc. in Niagara Falls, N.Y. The unique product was a local favorite from its inception, being named the "Official Food of Niagara Falls" in 1990.

No longer a Western New York phenomenon today, Original Pizza Logs are now available in most states east of the Mississippi and in select markets as far away as Alaska. The first company product, Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza Logs, has since expanded to 10 flavorful varieties.

Cordova shared Brachmann's Mr. DIRT Championship run in his first year of team sponsorship. He remains as passionate with the Pizza Logs as he does in the pits, traveling regularly to tracks from New York to North Carolina to appease his appetite.
