The registration period for joining the Land of Legends Kids Crew is now over. All members are asked to please stop by the table at side of the fried dough stand to pick up their Kids Crew membership card, coupons, and T-shirt between 6:00 and 6:30 on June 29.

Congratulations to the two winners of the drawing for a ride in the pace truck! Special thanks to Tim McCreadie for giving these two ladies a wild ride around the speedway.

This Saturday, June 29, members will be able to take a tour of the pit area on the Fun Bus. The tour will take place around 6:45. Members must be wearing their Crew T-shirt or show their membership card in order to get on the bus for the tour.

Land of Legends Kids Crew Schedule of Events

(1.)  Saturday, June 22. Kids Club members will, during an intermission, ride on the “Fun Bus” and take a tour of the pits. Also, the names of two children will be drawn to take a ride in the pace truck with their driver of choice.

(2.)  Saturday, July 6. Names will be drawn to be given the chance to flag a heat race.

(3.)  Saturday, July 20. Members can participate in a special autograph session in the pit area.

(4.)  Saturday, August 3. All members will participate in a Members Only Kids Club party. Details to come.

(5.)  Saturday, August 17. One lucky member will be able to help announce a heat race with the track announcers.

Tentative Additional Activities Include:

(1.)  The Kids Club will sponsor a coloring contest for all youngsters up to age 15, and a poster contest for fans 16 and older.

(2.)  Kids Hot Wheels Race
