Nov. 10 ‘Night Of Champions’ Set For Canandaigua & Cayuga County Best

The 2022 Canandaigua Speedway/Cayuga County Fair Speedway Awards Banquet is set for November 10, 2022 in the Paddock Club of the Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack located on Route 96 in Canandaigua. For the second year, the ‘Night Of Champions’ will honor the best of the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, DIRTcar Street Stocks, Pure Stocks and Battlekarz at both sister tracks.
2022 Cayuga County Fair Speedway Champions include Jeremy Pitcher (Sportsman), Nick Rizzo (Street Stock) and Bill Werner (Battlekarz). This year’s Canandaigua Speedway Champions are Paul Guererri (Sportsman), Mike Welch (Street Stock) and Marc Minutolo (Pure Stocks).
In all, the top-10 finishers in each division will be awarded their point fund checks and trophies during the evening.
The night will begin with a reception at 6:00 pm, followed with the awards ceremony at 7:00 pm, and music and gaming at 9:00 pm. Meals include Carved Roast Prime Rib au jus, Roast Loin of Pork, Chicken Marsala, Penne Primavera, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Vegetable Medley, and Tortellini with Italian Meats & Cheeses. A Garden or Gourmet Tomato & Rotini Salad will also be offered along with Assorted Deserts.
Tickets are $35 per person, which includes a $5 gaming voucher to be used at the Finger Lakes Gaming Center. All tickets must be purchased by November 4, 2022 as they will not be made available at the door. Please make all checks payable to "DIRT Motorsports" and enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for return tickets.
All drivers must be present to receive their awards and point fund check.
