Family Plan Proves Popular At Cayuga County Fair & Canandaigua Speedways

DIRTcar Racing at Canandaigua Speedway and Cayuga County Fair Speedway continues to be a family affair for fans of all ages. Track management is helping to make a full night of family entertainment at two of DIRT’s charter member tracks even more affordable during the 2022 race season.

 

At Canandaigua its ‘Cinqo de Mayo 5-5-5-5 Night’ on Saturday, May 5 and ‘4-4-4-4 Family Night at the Races’ on Saturday, June 23. The May special offers five (5) general admission tickets, five (5) hot dogs, five (5) orders of french fries and five (5) soft drinks for only $50 while the June show features four (4) GA tickets, four (4) dogs, four (4) fries, and four (4) drinks for $40. Ferris Mowers presents ‘Family Night’ at Cayuga County on Sunday, July 15 with another four-star special of four (4) GA tickets, four (4) dogs, four (4) fries, and four (4) drinks for $40 on tap.

 

“Our special packages keep the family budget in mind from the start,” said DIRTcar Northeast General Manager Jack Deery. “There are a lot of choices to make nowadays and we feel a night at the speedway is one of the best values in any form of entertainment. From the first green flag to a post-race tour of the pits for a driver autograph, fan participation is what separates DIRTcar Racing from almost every other mainstream sport today.”

 

During two of those same programs at Canandaigua (June 23) and Cayuga County (July 15), there will be a Kids Club Bike Giveway. Younger race fans (ages 4-12) can register to join the 2022 DIRTcar Kids Club with members receiving free admission to regular shows at both speedways. Additional Kids Club membership perks include a custom-designed Kids Club t-shirt, personalized 2022 membership card, private ‘Kids Club Only’ meetings, weekly hosted events, drawings for bicycles, gift cards and special prizes along with a year-end pizza party for all active members.

 

The 2022 race season at Cayuga County Fair Speedway opens with the ‘No Foolin’ 188’ Enduro Championship on Sunday, on April 1 and returns April 15 to host the kick-off event for DIRT Big-Block Modifieds after taking Easter Sunday off. Canandaigua opens for its first activity on April 14 with a complete show of DIRT-Big-Block Modified, Sportsman and Street Stock action. At both tracks the adult general admission ticket price is $12 for all regular shows in 2022, $10 for Seniors (65 yrs. plus) and $5 for children (10-14 yrs.) while fans 9 years and under are always free.

 

Throughout the season unique 5-PAK ticket packages will be available for all regular events at Canandaigua and Cayuga County. Providing a great deal for fans, each 5-PAK of tickets can be purchased for $48.00 which results in the receipt of (1) free ticket. The regular show admission is just $12 for adults (15-64 yrs.), $10 for Seniors (65 yrs. & older) and $5 for youths (10-14 yrs.) while children 9 yrs. & under are free; these same prices remain in effect for all scheduled this year.
